Of course, culture belongs to everyone. That is why we consider it important that most of our institutions are easily accessible for visitors with disabilities, and we also provide free admission at all locations.
Below we have summarised the facilities and services we offer for visitors with disabilities.
Accessible Parking
At the Göcseji Museum (Batthyány Street 2), there are three accessible parking spaces available for visitors to the Göcseji Museum and the Mindszentyneum. At the Göcseji Open-Air Museum, there is currently no designated accessible parking space, but the parking area has sufficient capacity.
Accessible Museum
The exhibition spaces of the Göcseji Museum, Göcseji Open-Air Museum, and Mindszentyneum are fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.
Unfortunately, the Memorial Site of the Victims of Communism is not yet accessible.
Free Admission to the Museums
Visitors with disabilities are entitled to free admission to the exhibitions of the institutions of the Museums of Zalaegerszeg.
